FleschNonprofitKft. organizes a dance festival every year (it is the 13thoccassion), and now we invite
not only Hungarian dancers and dance clubs but everybody who wants to introduce and compete from
the neighbouring countries.
We are expecting modern dancers, show dancers, sports dancers, trend dancers and dance clubs (disco
dance, ballroom dance, hip-hop, fitness dance, freestyle break, rock and roll and fashion dance…) in 2
categoriesaccording to age and the number of dancers.
Entry requirements:
Category A: those who are constantly involved in the work of a dance organization –participants of
competitions in their countries and/or abroad.
Category B: those amateurs who take dance classes only, are not ballet school students, don’t take part
in "A" category competition with other performances, and are not participants of anyqualifying races
at all.
Age groups (in A and B categories):
I.
Children – who celebrate their 11th birthday after 30th of June 2015
II.
Juniors – who celebrate their 15th birthday after 30th of June 2015
III.
Adults – who celebrate their 15th birthday before 30th of June 2015
When specifying the age of a group or formation, we count the average age.
Numbers of dancers (every age group)
1. solo dance (maximum 1,5 minutes)
2. duo/couple (maximum 1,5 minutes)
3. group: 3-10 dancers (1,5 minutes – 5 minutes)
4. formation: from 11 dancers (1,5 minutes – 5 minutes)
The time limits must be kept as it is prosecuted with point deduction!
When filling the form below, please mark the category, genre, age and the number of dancers
correctly. The organizers reserve the right to concentrate categories according to the age and number
of the dancers. The contact of the teacher or team leader is a very important information for the
organizers, so please let us know about these data: name, e-mail address, permanent address, telephone
number.
Information about the performances:
The competitors can take part in the finals with the best performances chosen by the judges in the
preliminaries.
Preliminaries: 11.04.2015. Saturday from 10 am by age group – professional jury evaluates
Everybody can visit it, the entry fee is 900 forint.
Please give the music to us (each performance /each CD) during the registrations!
The CD needs to be labelled this way:

It is not allowed to change your music during the competition (for example you cannot make the
sound technician fade out your music)! The team-leader can help the sound technician during own
performance.
Judging, evaluating, prizes:
A professional jury evaluates the performances. After the preliminaries by age, in the finals after the
prize giving ceremony the judges will be waiting for the teachers/choreographers/coaches for a
valuation in the club hall.
Prizes in the finals:
- cups, medals, diplomas, gifts for the winners, runner-ups and third placed competitors
- T-Shirt for each competitor
At the festival, the judges give first, second and third prizes per category and age group, and in both A
and B category „Best Dancer”, „Best Performance” and „Encouraging Start” prizes will be given.
The special prizes of the sponsors and supporters will be transferred to the dancers in agreement with
the professional jury.
Visitorswith admission card can vote for the „Audience Award”.
Admission card:
- you don’t need to pay for an admission card if you are a dancer/ teacher/choreographer/coach
- first of all dance clubs can buy tickets after the preliminaries (after the announcement of
results) for the parents and the relatives (prices: only for the first or second part – 1100 forint,
for the first and second part together – 1600 forint),
- parents, relatives and friends are allowed stay in the building only with valid admission card,
- you can only buy the admission cards left in the ticket office, and there is no possibility for set
aside.
