OBS FCV-13 Chemical Flow Control Valve and BPR-13 Back Pressure
Regulator set new standards for Chemical Injection
OBS FCV-13 is designed to sustain constant injection
rate of liquids into a process with variating pressure. The
liquid is supplied from a pressurised reservoir to the FCV
inlet port. The valve will sustain very low flow rates with
high accuracy. Flowrates are easlily adjusted - between
0,07 L/hr to 70 L/hr by changing orifice without any dissasembly
of the valve. The unique thumb wheel allows for smooth
adjustments, even under high pressure due to the dual
chamber design. A simple but sturdy construction ensures
increased operation up-time and less frequent service.
