REMOVE 2014-04 FROM YOUR FILES. APRIL 27, 2015 The revised Frymaster FilterQuick Fryer, in electric and gas, is released for sale in all markets. The notable difference is the change from push/ pull handles to a push button LED ring switch. The operation is similar and the new software is compatible with both units. A new optional oil quality sensor (OQS) is available on the fryer to measure the total polar material (TPM) of the oil. If any of the controllers or boards are replaced, a complete software update should be performed, to ensure the compatibility of the software. A software update is not necessary unless components are replaced or the optional OQS is added to the system. carry different software and part numbers. They are not interchangeable.
