MAX VEND • QUICK START
Validator Drop
After logging in press the DROP
action button.
Insert all bills until your drop is
complete.
Press the ESC button after all bills
are counted.

Printing Reports
After logging in press the REPORT
action button.
From the menu select the specific
report you want to run.
Your report will print automatically.
The Autobank will automatically
print your receipt.
Extended Drop
Insta-Drop
After logging in press the DROP
SET action button.
Select INSTA DROP SET.
Assign one of four INSTA buttons.
If you log in at the Manager level
you must also assign a user.
To make a drop, the assigned
user presses their assigned INSTA
button and insert cash into the
validator.
Press the ESC button after all bills
are counted. The Autobank will automatically print your receipt. Log
out by running the user’s Operator
Report.
After logging in press the DROP
SET action button.
Select EXTENDED DROP SET. If
you log in at the Manager level you
must also assign a user.
The system is now operation and
the validator is turned on and will
count money throughout the duration of this user’s shift.
The cashier logs out of EXTENDED
DROP by running their Operator
Report.

Logging In

Buying Change
1. Use your key or
2. Enter your user number and
press ENTER.
After logging in press the BUY
CHANGE action button.
Enter your PIN number.
You are now logged in.
Insert enough cash into the validator to cover the amount of change
you want to vend out.
Press the VEND action button to
switch over to vending mode.
Vending Change
After logging in press the VEND
action button.
Enter the desired number of penny
rolls (ex.: enter “03” for 3 rolls).
Select NEXT and repeat for nickels,
Repeat as needed for all coin or
tube denominations. Press ENTER
to begin vending.
Retrieve the change from the dispensing tray on the door.
A vend receipt will print automatically. If you need to vend more
change, you must wait until the
Autobank’s vend delay cycle is
complete.

to begin vending.
Take your change from the dispensory tray.
The Autobank will automatically
print your receipt showing the total
validated, total vended, and net
drop.
Example: If you drop $20 and
vend $15 in change, your net drop
is $5.
Note: Always check receipts for errors or low hopper messages.
