CONSTRUCTION BEGINS: SECTION #3
Turney Road - Waterline Replacement Project
Approximate Start Date: Week of March 30th, 2015
The City of Garfield Heights, in cooperation with the City of Cleveland Division of Water, will be administering
a construction project which will replace nearly 3 miles of 10” water main with a new 12” water main. Work
will also include reconnections of side street waterlines and new water services to residents & businesses.
Traffic will be maintained at all times on Turney Road with a minimum of one-lane in each direction. Side
streets will be closed for short durations – advance notice of closures along with detours will be provided.
Access to homes and businesses will be maintained at all times in accordance with the contract. We will work
closely with you to minimize disruption to your driveway(s) and access to your property.
