2015 SUMMER CAMP AFRICA:
H EALTH Y H A BIT S
Summer Camp Africa: Healthy Habits is a FREE week-long day camp experience open to
children ages 7 – 12. During this 5-day session running daily for five weeks, children will learn
that Africa is a continent comprised of diverse cultures, participate in hands-on S.T.E.A.M.
(science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics) activities focused on the topic
of healthy habits, and develop artistic and performance skills in the areas of vocabulary
(literacy) and the visual arts. This day camp program begins at 8 am and ends at 3:15 pm
each day.
