Monroe Parks & Recreation
Join us for a splashing good time. Each week will be filled with trips, crafts, sport activities and games.
Possible daily activities include: Swimming, Basketball, Floor Hockey, Racquetball, Frisbee Golf, Soccer
and Much More.

7 am - 6:30 pm
$75.00 per week. This fee includes all the activities and most trips each week. There is
a nominal extra fee to help cover the cost of our “Main” trip. Please send cash for trip
fees.

I give permission for my child to participate in all Day Camp activities including field trips. I understand
pictures will be taken of day camp program activities for publicity purposes and give my permission for my
child’s picture to be used in future publications. I also authorize the Day Camp staff to secure emergency
medical treatment for my child in the event of an emergency.
