WILD ONES 2015
Walking is one of the simplest ways to get the exercise our bodies need.
Regular exercise can contribute to weight loss, stress reduction, mood improvement, muscle tone and increase stamina. Join our group as we explore the
various walking venues available in Westminster. Transportation is provided
from drop-off point to desired locations. Instructor: Cindy Welsh
Another year of fun-filled activities is in store for you! If you have not joined us in previous years, don’t

structured setting; must be an independent adult to participate. Group recreation and leisure activities
such as dining out, miniature golf, ball games, hay rides, theme parties, movies/plays, concerts and more!
