Certification of Title, Real Property Valuation and Fire Compensation Assessment (the Fund can obtain this
documentation at a cost of ISK 1,000, which will be deducted from the loan.
New balance of existing loans (if applicable).
A copy of bonds resting on the property (if applicable).
Certificate of Construction Insurance and Certificate of Weather Tightness (if applicable).
Purchase Contract or Assessed Real Property Value prepared by a licenced real estate agent specified by the
Fund (if applicable).
Payment Ability Assessment (if applicable), together with the appropriate accompanying documents.

2. Confirmation of income for the past three months, including financial income, rental income and fixed compensation payments.

PROCESS OF APPLICATION
The loan applicant will receive a telephone call or e-mail when all the necessary documentation has been delivered to the Fund and has
been reviewed. According to Article 10 of Act No. 33/2013 on Consumer Loans, the Fund is under obligation to perform a Payment Ability
Assessment on the applicant. The Fund, moreover, according to the provisions of the same Article of the same Act, is under obligation to
collect information on the creditworthiness of the applicant.
The Fund may deny the application or limit the loan amount in the event that the creditworthiness and/or payment ability assessment so
warrant.
If the loan is approved, the Fund will, before the loan is finalised, deliver to the borrower, on a separate form, information on the loan,
together with information on the historical development of price levels and interest rates and the effects of these aspects on changes to
the principal and debt service to enable the borrower to make an informed decision on the loan, as provided for in Article 7 and Article
25 of Act No. 33/2013 on Consumer Loans.
CONSENT OF APPLICANT AND CO-DEBTOR (IF APPROPRIATE) FOR THE COLLECTION AND USE
OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION
I, the undersigned, grant Gildi Pension Fund, ID No. 561195-2779, full and unlimited Power of Attorney to request information on the status of all my debts and other
financial commitments to financial undertakings and public entities. The Power of Attorney, moreover, grants authorisation to request information from creditors who
are members of the Credit Information System of Creditinfo Lánstraust hf. or other such party as has authorisation for such data acquisition.
This Power of Attorney furthermore grants Gildi Pension Fund authorisation to obtain information on my credit rating from Creditinfo Lánstraust hf. before any
decision is made to extend credit and during the effective term of the loan transaction between the parties.
The Power of Attorney also authorises Gildi Pension Fund to collect information on my asset position, i.e. real property and vehicle assets, in the databases of
Registers Iceland (Þjóðskrá Íslands) and the Iceland Transport Authority (Road Traffic Authority) (Samgöngustofa (Umferðarstofa)) or from parties who are considered
to be controllers of such information as provided for in Item 4 of the first paragraph of Article 2 of Act No. 77/2000. Furthermore, the Fund is authorised to collect
any other such data as may be necessary and which has not already been submitted to perform a payment ability assessment.
The above consent for the collection of information is in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 77/2000 on the Protection of Privacy as Regards the Processing
of Personal Data, specifically Item 7 of Article 2 and Items 1 and 2 of Article 8. This consent shall expire on the termination of loan transactions between the parties.
THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY DECLARES THAT HE/SHE HAS FAMILIARISED HIMSELF/HERSELF WITH THE FUND’S LOAN
RULES AND AGREES TO THE TERMS ON THE COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA, AS STATED ABOVE.
