Young People and Family Mediation
Helps those involved in the conflict to talk through
their problems and decide how best to support one
another in the future.
Landlord and Tenant Mediation
Helps both the landlord and the tenant to reach an
agreement so helping prevent homelessness for
tenants and loss of income for landlords.
Our meditators are registered with the Scottish
Mediation Network.

SUPPORT
Sometimes for different reasons mediation does
not go ahead. Project workers are there to listen to
your concerns and can work with you on a 1:1 basis
to increase your communication skills or to help
identify additional support that you may need.
We provide personal support for individuals who
need to figure out some better strategies to stay out
of conflict and learn how to manage it better when it
happens.
Our team will support individuals involved with the
service and mediators will facilitate the process of
finding a positive way forward that everyone agrees
to.
