We would like to invite you & your team(s) to take part in our Eighteenth GREENBANK FOOTBALL CLUB
6 -A-SIDE TOURNAMENT, being held at North Kesteven Sports Centre, North Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6
9AX on Sunday 10th May 2015. This is one of Lincolnshire’s well established competitions attracting
more than 85 teams making it both a superb football event with Fabulous Family Fun. This year’s
tournament is for children aged Under 6’s - U11’s. All matches with exception of U11’s to be played on
6 a-side pitches with mini soccer goals. Look on our web site www.greenbankfc.co.uk for event details.

7- A-SIDE Cup Competition
Under 11’s will have group stages of five games. Top two teams from each group will then contest a
knockout, comprising of Semi-finals & Final. Max. 10 players per team, Roll on/Off subs. The organising
committee reserve the right to amend the format pending the no. teams entering each age group.
Team registration from 9.30am. Final confirmation & tournament rules will be sent out to the e-mail
address you supply 2 weeks prior to the event. There is no maximum limit to the number of players per
team for U6 - U10’s age groups as this is being held as non-competitive fun tournament. Although
recommended max. players is 10 per team. All players taking part from U 6’s - 10’s shall be presented
with a momentum medal ( 10 medals per team allocation )
The tournament is fully F.A. affiliated. Entry fee is £15 for U6 festival games & £20 per team for all
other age groups, and is limited to TWO teams per age group from each club.
No centre of Excellence Players shall be permitted to play in this tournament.
If you wish to enter the tournament, please complete the cut-off entry form below and return together
with your entry fee(s) to our Club Secretary, who will confirm acceptance, once payment is received.
Applications are only accepted if accompanied with full payment. Refunds will only be given to teams
