TRY-ATHLON REGISTRATION
Thank you for registering to participate in the Faculty and Staff Fitness Try-athlon. This form is
for your personal registration. As a participant you can run, walk, swim, volunteer, or sponsor a
fellow participant for the event. Use this form to inform the FSF program on matching you with
an appropriate team.
To participate in the event, please turn this form in to the Physical Activity Office (Langton
123) by Monday June 1st, along with your $10 Registration Fee (checks can be made out to
Faculty Staff Fitness, cash also accepted). With your $10 registration fee, you will get a T-Shirt
or FSF Sunglasses!
