JOE DEHNER chairs the International Services Group of Frost Brown Todd, one of biggest law firms
in midwest. He advises on corporate legal/business issues such as, transnational investment,
mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business structures, distribution and agency agreements
and the resolution of international disputes. Author of Unlocking America and numerous other
publications, he has advised clients from many countries about doing business in and with the
USA.
ANNE CAPPEL is Executive Director of the European-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater
Cincinnati (EACC). Under her leadership, since 2007, the EACC has integrated strongly to local
business landscape becoming key contact for foreign companies wanting to establish operations
in Midwest. She is a maestro relationship builder and her endeavors to stimulate business and
networking relations have earned her transatlantic recognition. She has been named to the Executive Order of the Commodores, an organization that assists the State of Ohio in economic growth.
NEIL HENSLEY is the Director of Economic Development for the City of Blue Ash. He is responsible
for the business attraction, retention and expansion efforts for the City which host many of the
world leading companies such as GE. Prior to joining the City of Blue Ash, Neil was with the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber for 30 years, responsible for international business development
activities. He has worked with hundreds of foreign companies assisting them to integrate into
Midwestern markets. Helping to attract thousands of new jobs and hundreds of millions of dollars
in investment for the region.
SHEILA SPRADLIN REICH is the Managing Director of International Banking for the Huntington
Regional Bank. Ms. Spradlin brings over 25 years of International Business experience primarily
in leadership roles in International Banking and Foreign Exchange Trading. She is a key advisor
in banking for many European and international companies doing business in North America.
Today, she serves as the Treasurer of the Japan Midwest Association and Vice President on the
Board of Trustees for the Japan America Society of Greater Cincinnati.
VALTTERI TUOMINEN is the CEO of Mapvision USA and the Director of Mapvision Technical
Solutions. He is responsible of establishing Mapvision’s subsidiary to North America and for all
operations in there. Mr. Tuominen has been active in North American markets since year 2013
and travels annually almost 200 days around the world. He has solid experience in international
business,leadership and strategy building. Mr. Tuominen will finish his doctoral studies in science
and technology this year.
JUHA SEPPÄNEN has been an adviser and involved in operational sales channel development for
more than 300 SMEs and stock listed companies in 4 continents since 1994.
His fact based, often critical market assessments and forward thinking approach have earned him
popularity within industry leaders. He is also often quoted in Finnish press, especially recently, on
shipbuilding related issues.
