Design and Implementation of a Global HR Data Warehouse (GDW):
Development of new interfaces to import data into the GDW from PeopleSoft
Creation of outbound interfaces to feed data to point solutions
Design robust Global Reporting System (GRS) to provide a flexible reporting tool and
dashboards
Implementation of Performance Management system for End-Client:
Hexaware customized and re-designed the aPM application (in J2EE architecture), a client
