Instructions to use:
a) rinse the stick before placing it inside a water bottle (with lid)
b) Fill the bottle with boiled/filtered water to the brim and shake
the bottle for about 5 times. Let the stick stay for about 1 hr.
The stick will react with the water to produce active Hydrogen.
c) After 1hr, hydrogen-rich alkaline water is produced. It is
now ready for drinking. After that top up with water again
to the brim and the cycle repeats.
d) Wash the stick as per instructions once a week.
