Young Adult Summit - Final Notice:
A number of young adults from across PEI have registered
for next weekend’s Young Adult Summit (May 30-31). With
facilitators Fr. Terry Keehan and Dr. Terry Nelson-Johnson
from the Archdiocese of Chicago, it promises to be a special
opportunity for young adults to dialogue regarding important
issues such as relationships, making room for joy in one's life,
adopting a spirituality of work and being religious as well as

Parishioners of St. Bonaventure’s Parish (Tracadie) and the
family of Fr. John Lacey invite you to join in celebrating his
40th Anniversary on May 31. All are welcome to gather for
Mass (9:00am) followed by a Social (10:30am-Noon) at the
Community Centre. As an expression of gratitude, you are

Celtic Spirituality: What Can it Teach Us? Retreat with

On June 5, Country/Gospel singer Tim Archer, along with
musical artists from across PEI, will present a special concert
of music from his new CD, "Where No One Stands Alone",
at St. Dunstan's Basilica, 8:00pm. Freewill offering.
UPEI to welcome Canadian Catholic Campus Ministers to
their annual conference, May 26-29. Lecture speaker is Jesuit
Brother Guy Consolmagno SJ, Vatican Astronomer. Lecture
will be held on May 28, 7:00pm, UPEI Duffy Amphitheatre.
Admission by freewill offering to support Brother Guy’s work
at The Vatican Observatory. Lecture, “At the Margins of the
Universe: The Vatican's Astronomical Observatory”, will
tell why the Vatican supports an observatory and how we
outreach to people on the margins who also hunger to know
about their place in the universe.

are hosting another "Open Mic Night"
at the Parish Hall on May 29, 7:00- 8:30pm.
All ages of youth are welcome and we
encourage parents, friends, and neighbors to
come as well. Please spread the word folks!
Children under 9 must be accompanied by an
adult. Come along just to watch and listen if you like. Please
bring any instruments you like as well as your voice and music
sheets, if you have them, for others to follow along. Speakers,
microphones and connections supplied. Snacks provided.
Special guest, Logan Richard of “Ripped Paper” will open
