Dear Parents / Guardians of Year 12 Students,
The Year 12 Parent / Teacher and Student afternoon / evening to discuss your
son’s learning as detailed in his Year 12 Mid Course Report will be held on
Tuesday 19 May, 2015 from 3:30pm – 8:30pm in the College Library.
This is an important opportunity to discuss your son’s progress in his Higher
Certificate Course. It is clearly a College expectation that parents share our
sense of importance of these interviews and that you will fully participate in them
by having your son represented by a responsible adult. Students are asked to
be present at the interviews in full College Uniform.
Your son's Year 12 Mid Course Report will be sent home with you son on Friday
8th May 2015.
Booking Year 12 Parent/Teacher interviews will be via the Sentral Parent Portal
from 9am Monday 4 May to Monday 11 May 3pm. Attached to this letter are
instructions on using the Parent Portal to make interview times.
If you experience difficulties booking interviews please contact Mrs Ruth Garrett
at the College on 02 9858 1644. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday 19
May.

Making Your Parent Teacher Interview Appointments
1. Go to the Sentral Parent Portal:
https://sentral.maristeastwood.catholic.edu.au/portal/login
2. Log in to the site.
3. Select the interview link (this will only appear when interviews are open for
booking hours shown in the above letter).
4. Select the Interviews link
5. Follow the instructions on the next screen and select the timeslot
6. Confirm your appointment/s.
