Documents and Videos
1. First Log into the AlphaMCS Provider Portal Application by Navigating to the Link:
\\login.alphamcs.com\portal Then Enter your Assigned AlphaMCS Provider Portal User ID
and Password
2. Click on the “Menu” Icon at the top left of AlphaMCS Screen and scroll down to the,
“University” link and the bottom and Click.
3. This will take you to the AlphaMCS University Webpage which contains all of the AlphaMCS
Provider Portal Users Guides, Instructional Videos, and Helpful Topic Links. These items are
continuously updated by the AlphaMCS Staff so you will have the most up to date material
possible to assist in your use of the AlphaMCS Provider Portal Application.
