Notice Inviting Quotation
Sealed quotation is invited from the persons who are eager for carrying the following articles to 236 Anganwadi
Centres under Khanakul-II ICDS Project, Rajhati Bandar, Hooghly.
The particulars are given below.

5. Fuel & Condiments Printing Book 6. Kores Blue Carbon Paper 7. Pin(King) 8. Cloth Duster
9. Soap (Vim Bar) 10. Hand wash Soap (Small size Lifebuoy) 11. Use & Throw Ball Pen
12. Scorch Brite (small size) 13. Visitor’s Book 14. Plain Register (4no.) 15. Weighing Machine 16. Cover File
Rules and Regulations:1. Last date for submission of quotation is 08/05/15 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. It should be submitted in the Box
keep in the office of the undersigned. The quotation will be opened on 11/05/15 at 2 p.m. The quotationers may
remain present at the time of such opening.
2. The rate quoted by the quotationer should be inclusive of the costs of loading and unloading etc. He must
write rates both in figures and words clearly. The quotationer should always authentic any correction.
3. The successful quotationer should carry the articles within 7 (seven) days after receiving the supply order
failing which the order will be liable to be cancelled and the quotationer quoting the second lowest rate will
get the supply order. No request regarding this will be entertained.
4. The undersigned reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any or every quotation including the lowest one
and without assigning any reason what so ever.
