The Pre-Health Programs of NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, East Carolina,
Wake Forest, Duke University, UNC Charlotte/Davidson, UNC
Wilmington & Appalachian St. are pleased to announce the NC Health
Career Expos to be held April 13th through April 17th, 2015.
During this weeklong event, Health Career Program Events will be hosted across NC
on the above campuses – Starting on the coast on Monday at Wilmington & East
Carolina University and ending in Charlotte on Friday morning traveling across NC to
the campuses of NCSU, UNC-Chapel Hill & Duke, Wake Forest, UNC
Charlotte/Davidson, and Appalachian St. (Note - Duke will host program specific
presentations at their school as space allows).
This week of events will afford your program EXTENSIVE student contact and
exposure! At health career expos held on our campuses in recent years, we have had
tremendous turnouts and responses of up to 2000 students at some single events. We
are sure that these Health Career Expos at these large prestigious universities will
provide an EXCELLENT opportunity for your school to showcase your program(s)
and to reach a tremendous number of students!!!!!!
As our schools begin preparations for these events, we would like to solicit your
program’s interest in participating. To register for the NC Expos and for more
information please visit the expo registration link at https://ncsucsm.symplicity.com/events/healthexpo15 and complete the brief questionnaire.
The total cost for this weeklong expo event series is just $390 (this is for ALL 7 events
(Duke separate fee collected at event) and our processing fee from the service provider
- or you may choose to register and pay for only a portion of the events - see costs
below). NOTE: You can pay at anytime as well through April 3rd if paying by check –
if paying by credit card your payment will be processed when you register for easy of
payment. Proceeds from the events will benefit charities/programs designated by each
school.
AGAIN – you will be asked when you register if you are interested in participating in
Duke’s event and they will provide you information on cost and invitations separately.
We will be accepting Requests for Booth Space through February 13th, 2015. We
will send out booth confirmations the following week and payment will be due by
April 3rd, 2015. You will receive a link to submit your payment with your booth
confirmation. You will then receive separate event specific information from each
school’s event coordinator regarding expo schedule.
