Abstract
In the present paper, generalized Cartan null Bertrand curves in semiEuclidean 4-space with index 2 is considered. Because the (1, 3)-normal
planes of the Cartan null curves is timelike, the (1, 3)-Bertrand mate curves
of the curves can be pseudo null curves, non-null curves or Cartan null
curves, respectively. Thus, we give the necessary and sufficient conditions
for these three cases to be (1, 3)-Bertrand curves and we also give the related
examples.
