Hyderabad is the capital of the southern Indian state of Telangana and de jure capital
of Andhra Pradesh. It was historically known as a pearl and diamond trading centre,
and it continues to be known as the City of Pearls. It occupying 625 sq.km along the
banks of the Musi River. It is fourth most populous city and sixth most populous
urban agglomeration in India. Hyderabad has become one of the key areas for such
information technology (IT) and IT-enabled city.
About Institution
MLR Institute of Technology, Dundigal, Hyderabad is one of the premier private
Engineering Institutions in Telangana and Andhra Prad esh. MLR Institute of
Technology was established in the year 2005 with the aim of providing quality
education to all sections of the society. The college is being run by the capital
chairmanship of Sri Marri Laxman Reddy and has progressed leaps and bounds in a
short span of ten years and has added many feathers to its cap. The Value additions
at MLR Institute of Technology also include IBM Center of Excellence, Tata
Advanced Systems Training Center and ETS Authorized TOEFL IBT Center. The
Institute is on the Verge of Establishing CATIA and VLSI Labs for Certifications
and Academic projects at the Institute in collaboration with MNC’s. The all the
branches in the college has accredited by NBA and proud to have 13 projects at
present from AICTE/DST-INDIA.

Conference Theme
The last 100 years has seen an exponential growth in the areas of Science and
Technology of flight vehicles viz Aircrafts, Helicopters, Missiles, Launch Vehicles, and
UAV’s. The branch of Aeronautical engineering is a highly challenging and is always
associated with state of art technology interlinking with various branches of
engineering especially in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and
Computer science. The Science of Mechanical Engineering played a vital role in the
technology advancements of the Flight Vehicles. A close relationship exists between
Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering with many areas overlapping between them.
The advancement in one branch of engineering has a cascading effect leading to
advancements in the other branch of Engineering. The scope of Aeronautical and
Mechanical Engineering is expanding beyond its traditional boundaries. Aeronautical
and Mechanical engineers are focusing their attention towards new areas of research
such as additive manufacturing, nanotechnology, development of composite and smart
materials, biomedical applications, environmental conservation, etc. Additive
manufacturing is accepted by all the manufacturing industry community to transform
designs and to make the complex products. In recent years, smart and composite
materials have become increasingly important due to their remarkable properties and
continuous growth of their areas in practical applications. The advanced IC engines are
absolutely critical, not only for the competitive aspects of the automotive and
commercial vehicle industries, but also in terms of much of the military and civilian
aircraft sectors, marine and stationary engines. Finite Element Analysis got the
acceptance of industry to design pin to airplane. In India aerospace industry is
growing at a rapid pace with many international companies setting up their industrial
units in India. Also India has large number of young engineers. This has catalyzed the
growth of R&D in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering in India. With
globalization, Indian engineers have become an integral part of the global community
resulting into international technical collaborations. ICTAME-2016 amalgamates
applications from various scientific disciplines, pushing the frontiers of Aeronautical
and Mechanical engineering. It is a platform for interaction of researchers, academia
and industry from all over the world with their Indian counterparts. The theme of the
conference is to inter-relate the advances in both the branches of engineering. The
conference aims to adventure the new horizons and challenges of Aerospace and
Mechanical Engineering. This Conference leads to develop Efficient, Faster, Lighter,
Sustainable Flying and Automobile Objects by using fast, flexible and cost efficient
manufacturing strategies and computational tools.
Scope Of The Conference
Conference focuses on the practical implementation of technologies, and overcoming of
complexities in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering. The Conference creates a
network of various key players in the field of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering
around the Globe. Speakers from various industries, institutions and research
laboratories will give a Technical impact of their expertise. It also provides the premier
interdisciplinary forum for academician’s researchers, practitioners and industry
professionals to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns,
practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in the field of Aerospace
and Mechanical Science.ICTAME-2016 will help in bridging the gap between
academia, researchers and industry by discovering research demands and exchanging
best practices, experience in a global scale context which is need of the day. In
addition to paper presentations, pre-workshops, panel discussions, keynote address,
expert lecture, product exhibition and industrial visits are also planned during
conference.
