In 2010, on our 25th anniversary, we
said,
‘Our history has just begun. The best is on its
way.’
Today, in 2015, we say,
‘Now more than ever, whatever’s on its way
will depend on each and every one of us.
The seeds for the future are in our hands.’

E = Entrepreneurship | V = Vision | C = Courage | P = Persistence
Today you hear a lot of talk about
entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship. In
fact, these two concepts have been
around for a long time and identify
those who have a Vision of the
existence of a societal need and who
decide to embark on a mission to meet
that need. In order to take on such a
mission, the entrepreneur must add to
his or her Vision the Courage needed
to take on different types of risks,
especially financial and public image
risks. On the entrepreneur’s road to
accomplishing the objective, he or she will come across all kinds of troubles, obstacles
and eventualities. Thanks to their high level of Persistence, some of these brave
entrepreneurs will eventually achieve or come very close to that dream they had that
day.
This is the origin of ICT FILTRACIÓN, the Vision of an entrepreneur with Courage and
Persistence that has achieved, along with a great team of professionals and 30 years
after opening the doors of its modest workshop producing textile products for industry,
what we do today: experiencing the present as industrialists and building the future as
leaders.

V = Value | K = Knowledge | S = Skills | A = Attitude
Within any type of organisation, in the
private sphere as well, the people who
contribute the most value and who, at
the same time, are more and more
highly valued are those with an
attitude that multiplies the value of the
sum of their Knowledge and Skills.
They stand out, are valued and
remembered by the result of this
formula, in which the key lies in a
proactive, positive, empathetic,
surprising, great Attitude.
These people tend to have extensive Knowledge and endless Skills, but one thing they
certainly never lack is the ability to strike just the right Attitude to offer their maximum
value, and everyone sees it in them.
To grow and advance professionally and personally, we all need to improve our
Knowledge, our Skills and, above all, our Attitude towards life.
We left the traditional production workshop concept behind long ago to become a
manufacturer of ecoefficient solutions for industrial filtration with an international
presence. The challenge we face, which will allow us to continue advancing and
competing successfully, is becoming a tier one, or first-class, supplier to the leading
industrialists in the world in highly demanding sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals,
and foodstuffs. ..
Applying the formula of value will help us. A lot.

F = Future | A = Attitude | Q = Quality | T = Team
Advancing towards the future involves
delving into uncharted territory,
moving out of our comfort zone,
feeling a certain degree of insecurity
and disquietude, and even fear of the
upcoming unknown. But it also means
opportunities, growth, expansion,
building today and tomorrow…
There is a formula that makes it
possible to advance towards the future
with more peace of mind and security.
And it, again, includes the A for
‘attitude’. We saw its importance in the formula of Value, so just having the right attitude
prepares you to face the Future with certain guarantees for success. However, it won’t be
enough for what we have in mind. To Attitude you have to add a Q for Quality in your
daily work. Quality makes us gain prestige and win clients, while a lack of Quality
makes us lose them. Understanding that Quality must be present in all of our decisions
and actions guarantees a great part of our future. Tomorrow isn’t possible without
Quality today.
Lastly, the Team is the most decisive factor of all. Their Attitude and the Quality of their
work will determine the future itself of the whole organisation. It’s smarter to work as a
Team: We will be more efficient and effective, we will achieve better results and we will
accomplish more ambitious objectives.
ICT FILTRACIÓN is a Team in which all of our Abilities, Skills, Attitudes and individual
Qualities come together to build a better shared future.
