Greetings from ICCSE 2015!
ICCSE 2015 will be held in Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, UK, during July 22-24, 2015.
Registration steps for ICCSE 2015: (Before June 1, 2015)
□1. Please login the Yeedao online system (http://www.yeedao.net) to upload the final camera ready
paper and transfer the E-copyright online.
□2. Please pay the registration fee with Credit Card online through Conference Homepage.

□3. Fill in the registration form (Annex), and then send it back to [email protected]
1. Upload the final camera ready paper and transfer the E-copyright to IEEE online.
(1) Upload the camera-ready paper.
a. Revise your paper, if applicable, according to the reviewers’ comments.
b. Use the IEEE Submission Templates for Conference Proceedings to reformat your papers.

c. PDF Test. ICCSE will only accept papers in PDF format, which have passed IEEE PDF eXpress
Online test.

d. Upload your paper by June 1, 2015. Please login the Yeedao.net , click the “Final
Submission” to process. After confirmation of the title, abstract, and authors list, you can
upload the final camera ready paper.
(2) Transfer the Copyright to IEEE online.
e. Only after finish step (1), the link of e-copyright will be available in the Yeedao system.

Fees Notes:
a. The registration fee covers: Name badge, Admission to all sessions, Admission to the
exhibition, Conference kit, one welcome reception ticket, and one banquet ticket. But, the
conference registration fee does not include meals, accommodation, and post-conference
travel.
b. All papers’ registration fees should be paid before June 1, 2015. Otherwise, the paper will not
be included in the proceedings and won’t be achieved by IEEE Xplore.
c. There will be no refund for cancellation/withdraw.
