For reasons of safety, JH Coaches will not carry unaccompanied children under

Passengers who take advantage of the discounted student rate must show
a valid photographic student ID card when boarding the coach, otherwise
the difference between the adult and student rate becomes payable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are at the correct pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time of departure as JH
Coaches, Fell Bank, Birtley, Co Durham, DH3 2SP will not refund the ticket
cost or be held liable for any loss or expense suffered by customers as a result
of their late or non-arrival at their chosen pick up point, or if they are waiting
at the wrong place.

A penalty fare will be charged for any passenger found to be travelling
