TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
 The PGA in Kent Tournament Schedule can now be found via www.pga.info under the Kent County section on the South Regional
webpage or can be accessed directly at http://pgagbi.bluegolf.com/bluegolf/pgagbi15/chapter/south/schedule/kent/index.htm.
THE PGA IN KENT ORDER OF MERIT
 The PGA in Kent Order of Merit 2015 will be monetary based.
 All The PGA in Kent tournaments will count towards the Order of Merit.
ENTRY PROCEDURE
 All Professional entries are to be made through the PGA BlueGolf Tournament System only.
 Members can access the system through ‘My Tournaments’ tab in the Members’ Area of www.pga.info.
 Closing dates for all tournaments, in general, are one calendar month prior to the date of the event and will close at 17:00 on that
date unless otherwise stated. Members should check for exact details of each tournament on the PGA BlueGolf Tournament System.
ENTRY FEES & PAYMENTS
 An entry fee is payable for all The PGA in Surrey tournaments.
 All payments are to be made online via the PGA BlueGolf Tournament System by credit or debit card only - entry fees will only be
processed after the tournament closing date, and once the starting field is finalised. Cheque or cash payments will not be accepted.
 Members must ensure that their credit or debit card details are current at the close of entries.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
 Withdrawals before the closing may be done by telephone to The PGA Office or online via the PGA BlueGolf Tournament System.
 Withdrawals after the closing date must be made by telephone to The PGA Office on 01483 224200 or to the relevant PGA
Tournament Controller out of office hours - e-mail, voicemail or other message are not acceptable.
 ALL withdrawals after the closing date will be dealt with in accordance with Part 6B, Clause 12 of the Regulations of the Association.
For the sake of clarity the 3 most pertinent points in those Regulations are as follows:

A player who withdrawals his entry after the closing date for entries, will be charged a withdrawal fee of £35.
A player whose withdrawal is notified within 7 days of his start time for the event, will be charged a withdrawal fee of £70.
A player whose withdrawal is not notified by noon on the day before the event, or who is absent form an event without
notice of his / her withdrawal, shall be fined £250 and be liable to suspension.
COMPETITOR INFORMATION
 All competitor information including draws, reserve lists, conditions of play, prize funds, course information will be available on the PGA
BlueGolf Tournament System only.
 Any communications to Members regarding tournaments, including draws and conditions of play, will be made via e-mail and each
tournament’s webpage on the PGA BlueGolf Tournament System. There will be no postal communications. It is therefore vital that our
records are up to date - please ensure your personal details, and in particular your e-mail address, are correct as a matter of urgency.
