Injury Investigations Australia is prepared to provide services on a
"No Win No Fee" basis as long as the Statute of Limitations has not
expired (exceptions may be made in certain circumstances), there
is evidence to support the claim and the Defendant must be either
an Insurance Company or be indemnified by an Insurance
Company. Injury Investigations Australia will not pay for
disbursements or the day to day running costs of the matter.
