1. AWARD OF RMB71 MILLION CONTRACT BY EASTERN AIR LOGISTIC CO., LTD. 2. SUPPLY OF SYSTEMS TO SF EXPRESS PURSUANT TO STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SINGAPORE, 11 May 2015 – The board of directors (the “Board” or “Directors”) of Pteris Global Limited (德利国际有限公司) (“Pteris Global” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, “Pteris Group”) is pleased to announce that Shenzhen CIMC-TianDa Airport Support Co. Ltd. ( 深 圳 中 集 天 达 空 港 设 备 有 限 公 司 ) (“CIMC-Tianda”) (a subsidiary of the Company) has received a letter of award from Eastern Air Logistic Co. Ltd. (东方航空物流有限公司) (“EAL”) for the supply and installation of cargo handling system equipment for Shanghai Pudong International Airport's west cargo area (the “EAL Contract”). The EAL Contract is valued at approximately RMB71 million and the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2016. The EAL Contract is followed by the recent award of contract to CIMC-Tianda by Yinchuan Hedong International Airport (银川河东国际机场) (“Yinchuan Airport”) for the supply and installation of 25 fixed bridges and 15 passenger boarding bridges for the Yinchuan Airport (the “Yinchuan Contract”). The Yinchuan Contract is valued at more than RMB43 million and is expected to be completed by June 2016. The Board is also pleased to announce that Pteris Global (Suzhou) Limited, another subsidiary of the Company, has recently entered into a strategic framework agreement with SF Express for the supply of sort systems to SF Express. SF Express is a dominant player in express courier handling market in China, with over 12,000 service centers covering 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, as well as more than 300 large and medium-sized cities and over 1,900 county-level cities or districts in China. Pteris Global (Suzhou) Limited has, since February 2015, been awarded 6 contracts for the delivery of sort systems located in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Tangshan and other eastern regions of China for a total contract value of approximately RMB95 million, and barring unforeseen circumstances, these projects are expected to be completed within 2015. The EAL Contract, the Yinchuan Contract and the strategic framework agreement with SF Express are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Pteris Group in the current financial year ending 31 December 2015. Save for their shareholdings in the Company, none of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the EAL Contract, Yinchuan Contract and strategic framework agreement with SF Express.
