spot named West Wall is located just off the front beach where two dive boats can be
seen anchoring for their guests to enjoy their mid morning or mid afternoon dives. You
will be within a 5 minute walk, under 1/2 mile, to the dive center named Anchor Dive
Shop. There's a beautiful sandy beach with palm trees and plenty of lounge chairs to
pull into the sun or pull under a palm lined cabana for some shade and a roped off
section for swimming - take your mask and snorkel to discover some colorful local coral
fish. This condo has all of the island amenities : refrigerator/ stove / microwave / washer
dryer / Wifi (but you should be relaxing!) The Beach Shack serves a delicious burger
and lentil salad which I highly recommend while you are enjoying your rum drink or iced
cold beer. If you want some activity on the property before relaxing ocean side, try a
game of tennis, a (short) round of golf, ping pong or Shuffleboard. Or go into town to
compete with one of the local crab races to win prizes! This property is well maintained
- and if you can find the man trimming the coconut palms just kindly ask if he would pull
out his machete to serve up some fresh-fresh-fresh coconut milk.

MARIO ANDRETTI WINE (TWO BOTTLES SIGNED) Mario Andretti is a
true American sports icon. Born in Montona, Italy (now Croatia), he fell
in love with racing as a young boy, following the exploits of his
countrymen, World Champions Alberto Ascari and Nino Farina. When
Mario was 15 his family moved to the United States and settled in
Nazareth, PA, where he began his driving career in jalopies. He went on
to race sports cars, sprint cars and stock cars - on ovals, road
courses, drag strips, on dirt and on pavement. He won at virtually every
level of competition, and claimed an unmatched collection of the
sport’s top honors: the Indianapolis 500, the Daytona 500, the Formula
One World Championship and the Pikes Peak Hillclimb. He claimed the Indy
Car National Championship four times, and was a three-time winner of
the 12 Hours of Sebring. When he retired at the end of
1994, Mario turned his attention to his other great passion, fine wines.
He and friend Joe Antonini established a 42-acre winery in California’s
Napa Valley, and picked acclaimed winemaker Bob Pepi to oversee it. Mario
and his wife Dee Ann are proud to offer from their personal cellar the
Andretti Montona Reserve Caberet Sauvignon 2011, and an Andretti Napa

two baths, two dens, a sun room, a fully appointed kitchen and dining
room, a laundry room and wrap around deck. The house sleeps 7
comfortably. The barn is being restored and converted into two

The Connelly and Toulme clans offer Laphroaig 15 year Scotch Whisky and
SCOTLAND, created by American map publisher Anthony Finley (flourished 17901840). Sip while you search for your distilling region. A Rare Classic, reported to be the
personal favorite of the Prince of Wales, this bottle has been in the donor's collection
since 2005. "The most richly flavored of all Scotch whiskies" . . . Unavailable in the U.S.
since 2009, the 15 year old Laphroaig is smooth and elegant: zesty oak and warm peat
smoke top notes with sweet undertones, reminiscent of fresh nutmeg and toasted
almonds, faintly salty. The map: SCOTLAND was created by Anthony Finley, an
American map publisher based in Philadelphia, PA. His most prominent works, A New
American Atlas and the New General Atlas were published from 1824 to 1834 as handcolored engravings. His works are known for being attractively sparse and minimalist,
focusing primarily on clarity and displaying only the most important facts. This map was
selected by a fine Scotch collector who was researching origins and regions of the
scotches he collected. The hydrographic and topographic characteristics of this map
are imperative for such study and the Finley map offers general information to this end.
The numerous notations of Towns, Cities and Shires are helpful in locating at a glance
the distillery's general location. The publication date of this map, 1827, represents a
sort of 'sweet spot' for distilling activities by some of the regions finest Scotch makers, a
number of which are still active today.

beautifully in ink and pencil by Atlanta Artist & Glenn member, Lucas Roberts. It's in a

(and part-time woodworker) Brad Schweers out of 7/8" thick American cherry wood, this
classic Arts & Crafts mirror is 23" x 30". The piece features flush ebony plus in the
mortise and tenon joints and is unstained to allow the natural beauty of the wood to
show through. It is finished with shellac, hand-rubbed with paste wax, and will continue
to take on a warm red color over the next 100 years.
