5B- ACTIVITIES FREE OF CHARGES
This concept was created for the first world event in 2000, the activities 'free of charge' is a very interesting
set-up for all participating parties. In fact, the participants prepay a certain sum at the inscription,
the organizing committee negotiate the best possible prices for various services, and,on the other hand,
the participant will benefit from a range of activities during the event.
Free of charges:
 Welcome gift and transport between activities (airport(s)-hotel-locations)
 Opening ceremony with meal and animation (24th)
 Leader's briefing (23rd) and WISPA meeting (29th)
 Krynica-Zdroj City Tour & River Rafting (24th)
 WISPA International Police Congress (28th)
 Indoor soccer tounament (25th, 27th & 29th)
 Closing ceremony with trophys, meal and prices giving (29th)
 Assistance
5C- VISA APPLICATION
The organizing committee will help the delegation in aplying for visas at your arrival in Amman.

Each participant will be identified during their stay in Jordan by a badge with individual photo.
This photo'll be used also for the event book of the manifestation.
The delegation must send on the photo (passport size) of each participant for the June,15th 2015
at the latest to the organising committee.
5E- INTERPRETER
The main language of the event will be english. The organising committee will provide if possible
a mother thongue interpreter for each country.
