8. Eligibility:
The event is open to member associations of ITTF North America / NATTU.
USATT, TTCAN, Bermuda TTA, USVI TTA
Participants must be born after January 1st, 2000 and being eligible according to ITTF rule 3.8

9. Format of play:
The tournament will consist of 2 stages – qualifications and main draw. Groups

10. Entries and fees:
12 players per gender per each affiliated Association
50$ per player IF choosing Hospitality Option 1
100$ per player IF choosing Hospitality Option 2
11. Sport Cancellations/
Changes in nominations:
a. In case of cancelation after APRIL 10 available spots shall be awarded to association with a highest ranked player according to ITTF world rating list April 2015. b. Any available spots after APRIL 15 shall be awarded to the host association (TT Canada)
12. Seeding list:
Seeding shall be done according to the latest available ITTF Rating List before the draw. 13. Prel. Schedule:
1st stage commences on May 10 at 9:00am.

Will be held on May 9th at 18:00 at the venue

18. Room Cancellations:
For cancellations after APRIL 15th (23:59 GMT time)
the entering association will be charged 100 USD per cancelled person.
19. Changes:
Changes in players' entries are accepted till the cancellation deadline. After
that time, no changes on players' entries are accepted. If cancellations occurs from that time till the time of the draws
and are directly notified to the Competition Director; 20. Racket Controls:
If racket control includes official test for VOC, miniRAE device will be used according to the ITTF decision.
In this case, players will be invited to voluntary tests before competition starts.
The ITTF Equipment Committee strongly recommends all players to make certain that new coverings are aired 72 hours before use
