CONFIDENTIAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT (CFS) INSTRUCTIONS
Check “Yes. I need a Form I-20” and click
on “Submit Response”.
You must complete Section A and B. Click
on Section A and B to complete the form.
SECTION A FORM
“Do you have dependent?” Your
answer is NO.
“Current Visa”, please enter “F-1”
“Is this a change of visa status?”,
please click on “NO”
Summer Session can also be called “International Summer
Edge Program”. If you are graduate from IUPP in June (or
graduated already) AND you want to summer classes after
leaving IUPP, answer “Yes”. BUT, if you are studying in IUPP
this Summer, answer “No”.
Answer “No”.
Complete this section by Entering
BOTH your PERMANENT address (in
your home country) and LOCAL
address (in the CA).
Choose “I will pick up the Form I20…” ONLY if you will be in
Irvine this June – September.
If you are NOT going to be in Irvine in June –September,
choose “I will use Express Mailing. NEXT, go to
https://study.eshipglobal.com to PAY for the mailing fee.
Note: Choosing “Pick-up” will NOT make you receive the I20 faster!
SECTION B FORM
If you are studying in IUPP this
summer OR you will not take
UCI Summer Session, you DO
NOT need to change the money
in this box. Just click on “Save
Changes”.
BUT, if you are graduating from
IUPP this June OR you already
graduated from IUPP before
March 2015, please ENTER the
amount to $62,245.47. Then,
click on “Save Changes”
After you have read and
accepted the terms, check the
box and click on “Certify My CFS
NOW”.
The status for Section A and B
should now show as “Complete”.
You can now PRINT your CFS.
You CANNOT PRINT CFS if you do
NOT complete BOTH sections.
Print your CFS AND Bring your ORIGINAL bank statement to see your IUPP counselor.
