SRO 108.-
In exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-
section (1) of section 3 of the Jammu & Kashmir Levy of Tolls Act,
Smvt. 1995 (Act No. VIII of 1995), and in supersession
previous
notifications
Government
and orders
issued
of all
on the subject, the
hereby direct that the Toll on vehicles of various
types and goods shall be levied at the Toll Stations at the rates
specified in Annexures
'A', 'B' and 'C' to this notification.
This Notification shall come into force w.eJ. 01.04.2015.
