EXTENSION OF TIME
1.
Due to poor response of the NIT issued under No; BOPEE/Adm-8/2013 dated:
21.01.2015 for providing the services of Jammers and Bug Detectors to stop transmission
of information through Mobile/Cell Phone/Blue tooth/Wi-Fi Electronic devices etc for
MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS examination to be conducted by the Board on 15.03.2015
at three Centers (one at Jammu and two at Srinagar), the date for submission of Tender is
extended upto 20th of Feb. 2015 upto 4.PM. as per the terms and conditions detailed
below:-

The Tender should be accompanied with Earnest Money of Rs. 20,000/- in the shape of
CDR pledged to FA/CAO, J&K BOPEE.
3.
Permission, if any, needed from any authority will be the sole responsibility of the service
provider (Tenderer).
4.
Tender documents complete in all respects should be addressed to Secretary, J&K, Board
of Professional Entrance Examination, 4th Floor Bahu Plaza, Jammu and should reach by
or before 20th February, 2015 upto 4.00 PM
5.
The tenders will be opened at BOPEE office, Jammu on 23rd February, 2015 at 3.30 PM in
presence of Tenderers or their representative, who may wish to be present.
6.
The Board may accept or reject any tender(s) without assigning any reason.
7.
The Tenderer should be duly registered for purposes of VAT and copy of the TIN allotted
by the competent authority should be annexed with the Tender.
