Expo Booth Application TOSH Jordan River Marathon – May 30, 2015 Expo: May 29, 2015 – 3:00-­‐8:00 p.m. Setup: 1:00-­‐2:45 p.m. Welcome: The TOSH Jordan River Marathon and Extra Mile Racing LLC will host an expo at the Northwest Community Center in Salt Lake City the day before the race and we invite you to consider joining us at the event. This expo will serve as the primary packet pickup location for our 1,250 participants. This expo will not only be an opportunity for our participants to pick up their race bib numbers, t-­‐shirts and timing chips, but will be a tremendous opportunity for sponsors and vendors to connect with these athletes as well as their families and friends who accompany them to the expo. The TOSH Jordan River Marathon Expo will have space for 20 vendor booths. With limited space, we urge vendors and sponsors to reserve and secure a 10x10 booth quickly before space is sold out. Additionally, the TOSH Jordan River Marathon will accept a limited number of vendors at our finish line expo and celebration in Draper where an estimated 2,500 people will gather to cheer on finishers. Vendor booth space will be sold on a first-­‐come, first-­‐served basis. Extra Mile Racing LLC and the TOSH Jordan River Marathon reserve the right to deny space to vendors who are direct competitors to title sponsors or other Extra Mile Racing LLC events. Vendor booths include a 10x10 space, a table and two chairs. Packet inserts are also welcome and can be packaged with booth rentals at a discounted rate. 1,250 packet inserts should be provided no later than May 26, 2015. Delivery information will be provided upon reservation. Please submit a completed vendor/packet form to [email protected] and an invoice will be sent to you upon approval of your vendor application.
