Dear Vendor,
The Greater Rock Hall Business Association will be hosting the 6th Annual Rock Hall Expo
on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the Rock Hall Volunteer Fire Company's Chesapeake Room.
The time will be from 10AM to 3:30PM. We have limited number of spaces available, so
entry will be on a first come first serve basis. Deadline for registration is February 5, 2015.
I urge you to register early so you can be sure of a space. The only size we are offering
this year is a 10 X 10 for $50. If you have an email address it is important to include it on
the registration form so we can advise you or your space locations and if there are any
changes. Be sure to include your check with the registration form. You may follow the link below,
print, complete and mail to GRHBA, PO Box 16, Rock Hall, MD 21661.
It is up to each vendor if you wish to offer a door prize at your booth. We also ask that
each vendor help take down the tables and chairs. We also ask that the vendors do not
break down booths or close until the Expo is over at 3:30PM. Vendor placement will be at
the discretion of the Expo Committee.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Set up begins on Friday, March 6th from 10AM to 4PM. The doors will open Saturday
starting at 8AM for vendors and setup. If you booth is located in the truck bays, you will
not be able to set up until Saturday morning.
We will let you know in advance where you will be located. Limited number of spaces ...
first come first serve. You MUST send in your form and check in order for your space to be
reserved. Vendor placement will be at the discretion of the Expo Committee.
Tables are available, please bring a white cover for uniformity if you are using a table.
If you need electric, please indicate on your form.
Please provide your own signage and have brochures, marketing marketing materials and
give-aways to promote your business. Nothing may be attached to the walls and signage
much be on the table or free standing.
