RULES & REGULATIONS
All competitors must pay admission fees.
All entries close at 9:00am on judging day.
Judging to commence at 9:45am on Friday, June 12th, 2015.
Exhibitor Points Calculation:

5. Entries will also be excepted on Thursday night 11th June 2015, exhibits in this section must be
delivered no later than 9:30am on Friday, June12th 2015.

7. The Society will not accept any liability for produce exhibited, the risk being that of the exhibitor.
8. Electrical Equipment- Any exhibitors intending to bring electrical equipment and or gas bottles to the
showground’s will be required to ensure that such equipment is fitted with earth leakage circuit breakers
and that all electrical leads, tools and appliances have been inspected and tagged by a licensed electrical
contractor or gas fitter. This is essential for the safety of all exhibitors and general public and is a
requirement of work place health and safety act of 1995. The act imposes very severe penalties in the
event of non-compliance with its provisions. Any exhibitors who do not comply will not be allowed on
the Kalbar showground’s. Exhibitors should check all electrical equipment and all gas bottles to avoid
occurrences of any difficulties

The President & Members of the Kalbar Show Society thank the Queensland
Government, Department of Local Government for their financial support through the
Show Societies Grant Program.
This financial assistance is a great help to all Show Societies, assisting them to continue

In this Waiver, Release and Acknowledgement Form “the Society” means and includes all affiliated entities; servants
or agents of the Society, all employees of the Society , all members of the Society and all volunteers of the Society
and/or all affiliated entities.
By exhibiting in the Show:
1. I acknowledge that it is a condition of exhibiting in the Show that I do so at my own risk. I accept all risks and
release the Society from all claims, demands and proceedings arising out of or connected with my exhibiting in the
Show and indemnify the Society together with any other organisation or person involved in the conduct of the Show
against all liability for any injury, loss or damage arising out of or connected with my exhibiting in the Show. This
