TRAINING FEES DUE

• 13 June - Black Belt Grading at Warnbro Dojo
Term 2 training fees are now due. If you are having difficulty paying your fees please speak with Stacy at the
front desk. We would hate for students to miss out on training or grading due to unpaid fees.
Please remember we are a not-for-profit based club, your fees help keep the club running!!

SHIHAN TOMIYAMA’S ANNUAL VISIT
• 2 July - Term 2 End
Shihan Tomiyama, our association’s most senior instructor, will be visiting the Western Australian Kofukan
Dojos during May. He will instruct the senior class only (not the junior class although Juniors can stay and
watch the senior class if they wish) at the Roleystone Dojo on Tuesday 12th May. Shihan’s full schedule will
be attached to the newsletter email. If you did not receive a copy please email [email protected]

All Roleystone senior rank students are encouraged to attend training with Shihan if possible, as this is your
once-a-year opportunity to benefit from his considerable expertise, at no additional cost to your normal training
fees.
If you plan to attend his classes please make sure your karate gi is neat and tidy and you must have a Kofukan badge sewn on it. You can get a badge from the front desk for $10.
Shihan Tomiyama is a very nice man, he will not bite, so if you wish to speak with him or ask him any questions please do, you can address him as ‘Shihan’.

We will be organizing a bring a friend and a fun civi night after Shihan’s visit so stay tuned we will get information to you as soon as we can work out dates!!
2015 FAMILY KARATE CAMP
Cottages are filling up fast. The Mandurah club run by Sensei Glen, is now looking at joining us for the camp.
We have only 4 cottages available so if you plan on coming along make sure you get your deposit in to secure
your cottage. If you require more information simply pick up a form from the front desk.
