Sometimes it's a coworker, sometimes it's a customer, sometimes it's something that happened at home before you left for work, or on the way to work, or a breaking news headline that grabs your attention ... And given the ubiquitous impact that media has on us these days, it's no wonder that stress, including in the workplace, continues to increase! This workshop will be a fun way to review some very practical and doable techniques to reduce your own stress, including: • Typical patterns that cause stress, and warning signs and symptoms of stress; • Quick review of 10 techniques to reduce stress and a chance to practice many of them. • A chance to ask questions, and then focus on a goal to immediately implement techniques that will work for you.
