Sample Produce for 2015
(May - October)
Weather, pests, and diseases effect the harvest; the farmers will provide
their best variety and value.
Spring: beets with greens, broccoli, cauliflower, hothouse
cucumbers, lettuce, green onions, sugar snap peas, new potatoes,
radishes, spinach, strawberries, hothouse tomatoes & kohlrabi.
Summer: beans, cabbage, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, herbs,
lettuce, melons, onions, peppers, potatoes, raspberries, squash,
blackberries, tomatoes (including heirloom).
Fall: apples, beans, beets, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots,
cauliflower, ground cherries, kale, lettuce, onions, sweet potatoes,
winter squash, tomatoes & kohlrabi.
