Parent’s Release & Indemnity Agreement to
Central Nebraska Youth Football Camp
I understand that the Central Nebraska Youth
Football Camp director, staff, and sponsors will
NOT be held responsible for injuries or loss of
property while the previously-named participant is
attending. I do hereby release Central Nebraska
Youth Football Camp and its employees and
Kearney Catholic High School from all liability,
including claims and suits in law or equity for any
injury – fatal or otherwise. The signatures below
absolve the Central Nebraska Youth Football Camp
and its sponsors of all responsibility for loss of
personal property. Furthermore, I realize the risks
involved to the participant. I will pay, or cover
through my insurance, any medical or hospital
expenses, doctor bills or other expenses which
could be incurred as a result of treatment given to
the previously-named participant for illness or
injury while attending or subsequent to attending
the Central Nebraska Youth Football Camp, and
other medical specialists in the Kearney area to act
for me according to their best judgment in any
emergency requiring medical attention. I further
understand the camp retains the right to use, for
publicity and advertising purposes, photographs of
participants taken at the camp.

Message from Camp Director: Rashawn Harvey
I’ve created this camp due to my
love for the game of football, the
opportunities football created in
my life and due to the important
lessons the sport has taught me.
Being involved with little league
football and attending camps as a
middle school student prepared me
for high school football and ultimately played a role in me earning
a athletic scholarship to the University of NebraskaKearney. The athletic scholarship was the vehicle that
allowed me to earn a college degree in the field of education.
Being in the field of education has given me the
opportunity to work with youth for 18 years, plus serve
has a high school football coach at Kearney Catholic
High School for 10 years. My focus at Kearney Catholic
High School has been in coaching the quarterbacks, offensive and defensive lines, as well as coordinating the
offense.

but more importantly, the staff will focus on the intangible byproducts the game of football provides: discipline,
teamwork, accountability, confidence, academic importance, work ethic, friendship and the power of

Camp Staff
Camp staff will consist of local college and high school
coaches, as well as collegiate football
athletes. Coaches participating in the
camp will have specialized knowledge
of individual football positions, helping
to maximize each child’s learning
experience at the camp.

Camp Objective
The Central Nebraska Youth Football Camp
is open to all students entering 6-8 grade
with the purpose of maximizing each
camper’s potential as a football player by
focusing on the fundamentals of football.
Campers will be taught the fundamentals of
all offensive and defensive football positions.
All campers participate and touch the
football in a safe, non-contact environment.
