GENERAL INFORMATION:
Practice area and dressing room facilities.
Soft rubber soles on gym floor.
Directors send in team entries.
Food available throughout the day starting at 8:00 a.m.
CONTEST DEADLINE: March 13th, 2015. All special events must be turned in at this time. If entry for open events is
postmarked after 3/14/15, include late entry fee of $5.00 per event entered. Late entries must be received by March 18th,
2015. Sorry, No Refunds.
In the spirit of safety, courtesy, and fairness to all, NBTA encourages voluntary cooperation limiting video taping to: (A) Parent
videotaping own child (B) Teacher videotaping own student (C) Group Director/appointed person videotaping own group or corps
(D) Safety first applies, no tripods, extension cords or artificial lights. Common sense prevails. No videotaping will be permitted in
immediate area behind or around judges or official contest tables.
No flash photography will be allowed in the gym areas.
Admission for contest: In order to eliminate lines to enter the building, there is a processing fee of $8.00 that has to be included
with each entry. If there is more than one child in a family competing, then only one processing fee will be paid. All parents,
grandparents, and friends will be admitted free.
Cost of programs is included in processing fee. A limited number of programs will available for purchase the day of the
event for $5.00 each.
Results for open contest will be posted as tabulated. Results for special events will be announced at the end of competition.

HOTEL INFORMATION: We have secured a group rate for the contest at the Hampton Inn 4200 Midamerica Lane, St. Louis,
MO 63129. Rate per night is $109 and our group name is “Baton Twirling Championship”. Phone: 314-894-1900. Must make your
reservation by March 1st for the discounted rate.
