Trees which were decorated to celebrate the birth of Christ, have been stripped bare, to focus now on His suffering. Each week volunteers will place different symbols by the Cross, before it blooms again to celebrate the hope and life of Easter. Today we use a bag of money to symbolise Christ's betrayal. The Ordination of the Reverend Simon Rose Simon's ordination will take place on June 28th at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral at 6.00 pm. He has been allocated 30 tickets to be divided between his 3 churches with the possibility of applying for more if needed. I have been asked to investigate how many Keyworth friends would like to attend the service, and whether we prefer to go together in a coach or make our own way there. If you are interested, please let me know by March 29th so we can apply for more tickets if needed. Please say also whether you prefer travelling by coach or private means. Grant to this City of Nottingham such respect for all peoples, that work, education and health are available for all. Enlarge our minds, our wills and our hearts, that we may dream great dreams and have the boldness to bring them into effect. Hear thou, O Lord, the prayer of all our hearts. Amen’
