Use the Demo Mode to let prospective members and associates take MyLegalShield for a test drive.
Here’s how.

Log out of your account. At your login
screen, instead of your usual name and
password, type in—
a. User Name: legalshield
b. Password: justice

Remember
As you demo this app to prospects,
remind them that our law firms vigilantly
protect your identity—when they call
through the app, their firm will ask for
their name, address, phone number, and
member n
umber to confirm their identity.
Now you’re in Demo Mode! You or your
prospect can test the following features of
the app:

Call Your Law Firm or Call Your IDT Advisor.
Confirming the call will take the user to a
pre-taped executive message.

Call Member Services
a. Here, you can choose to email or call
about “Legal Plan Issues” or “IDT
Issues.”
i. Email: a sample email screen

NOTE: In Demo Mode, the name and membership
numbers you see are part of the demo. When the app
is live, your name and the membership numbers that
you see will reflect those associated with your specific
membership.
