Description
LeichtMix Repair Mortar LM-1100 is a Single Packed Polymer Modified Cementitious Mortar
It is recommended to use for application of vertical and overhead concrete surface, trafficable
concrete floor and pavements and as a general purpose repair medium.

APPLICATION METHOD
Surface Preparation
Remove all dust and lose debris from the substrate.
Rust of re-bar must be thoroughly clean and treated with anti-rust coating.
It is recommended to use LeichtMix Bonding Agent prior applying repair mortar
to improve adhesion.
Mixing
Placed required amount of water in a bucket. Pour the powder
while mixing for at least 3 minutes with a mechanical mixer to achieve
homogenous and lump free mixture.
Placing
Apply Repair Mortar onto the damp substrate with trowel or rubber tool.
Allow application up to 20mm/coat, and wait a minimum of 2 hrs between coats.
Packing & storage
Leichtmix Polymer Modified Mortar is supplied in 25 kg bag
Storage
Shelf life is 6 month if stored in original seal under cool & dry condition.
