Craig has spent the last ten years working both overseas and around
Australia within the oil and gas industry in leadership and management
roles in health and safety. Prior to this Craig worked as a school teacher
and a NSW police officer.
Over the past few years Craig was responsible for developing and
implementing company safety leadership programs, working to positively
impact individuals and teams to improve workplace culture around safety.
He has had great success in these programs in high risk environments
and this is something he is very proud of.
Craig has a passion for improving systems and processes in the
workplace and getting the best out of himself and his team. He has had to
deal with managing teams in remote locations as well as over multiple
sites.
Craig is also the director of his own company that offers safety
consultancy as well as health and fitness solutions for individuals, groups
and companies.
Away from work Craig loves spending time with his family, surfing and
developing his martial arts skills in Muay Thai.
