Directions: From 605 South and 605 North, exit Katella Ave. Immediately merge to the left.
After the 1st stop light, turn left onto Oak St. The gym is behind the Recreation & Community Center.
Additional parking is available on Civic Center Drive, one small block west of Oak St.

Rating: The most recently established USATT rating will be used. Those who do not have USATT rating
may use League rating as of May 9, 2015. Unrated players may join in any event but cannot
advance from RR, except for the Open RR event.
Rules: All rules of USATT will govern the tournament. All matches will be 3 of 5, except for the Open final,
which will be 4 of 7. U-2200, U-2350 & Open will have top 2 players advance to the second round.
Balls : THE NEW PLASTIC BALLS WILL BE USED FOR THIS TOURNAMENT.
Fees: $20 per event ($30 for Open event). There is no registration or administration fee.
Deadline: Form and Fee must be post marked or handed in by May 11, 2015. Late entries will be accepted at the
Tournament Committee’s discretion, with a late fee of $10.00.
Food will be available for sale from 11:30 am to 2 pm. Please NO EATING in the gymnasium.
