 Dear Potential Sponsor: The Majestic Miss Southern California Scholarship Pageant will be held on June 27th, 2015 at Antelope Hills Elementary School. This pageant will offer 9 age divisions, from infants to adults, the opportunity to represent the Southern California Community and to win cash scholarships. In addition to competing to win the various awards and scholarships offered, our contestants will also be giving back to our community as part of their mandatory competition. For this pageant we are partnering with The Roundhouse Aquarium Organization for our Philanthropy. The Majestic Miss California Scholarship Pageant is a program like no other, designed to help girls develop an empowering poise and self-­‐confidence. We are dedicated to celebrating each young lady’s greatness and encouraging our future role models. We are a fully natural pageant, looking to help each contestant meet her inner potential while having an amazing time that she will cherish throughout her life! Each contestant will take home lifelong skills from the pageant. She will learn how to conduct herself in a job interview, how to speak with confidence, and will gain a special poise that will help her in whatever she chooses to do in life. Even our young toddlers and baby contestants gain these valuable social skills during a critical developmental time. Since we are a Scholarship Pageant, we want to award our winners with the prizes they truly deserve, while keeping our entry fees low to provide opportunity to all. By doing this we rely on the involvement of local businesses and organizations to ensure the success of the program. We need your help to raise funds to conduct the pageant and also be able to award these young ladies with college scholarships. By becoming a major sponsor, your business or organization can help us create a memorable event for these young women. Of course, any donation is fully Tax Deductible and can be expensed as a charity donation. To achieve these goals we are offering the following sponsorship categories: Majestic Miss Diamond Sponsor: Donation of $500 As a Diamond Sponsor for the pageant, this will entitle you to top billing on our printed material and a full-­‐page ad in our program book (inside front cover or back cover). You will also receive a full thank you ad on all social media pages as well as our website with the valuable SEO linkback, top listing in all newsletter communication for pageant, a letter of recognition from the State Senate office for your help with our program, as well as your name announced throughout the pageant. Diamond Sponsor will receive a commemorative plaque and reserved VIP seating at the pageant for 10 people. Majestic Miss Ruby Sponsor: Donation of $400 As a Ruby Sponsor for the pageant, this will entitle you to placement of your logo on all printed materials for the pageant and a ½ page ad in our program book. You will also receive a full thank you ad on all social media pages as well as our website with the valuable SEO linkback, mention in all newsletter communication for pageant, a letter of recognition from the State Senate office for your help with our program, as well as your name announced throughout the pageant. Ruby Sponsor will receive a commemorative plaque and VIP seating at the pageant for 8 people. Majestic Miss Emerald Sponsor: Donation of $300 As a Gold Sponsor for the pageant, this will entitle you to placement of your logo on all printed materials for the pageant and a ¼ page ad in our program book. You will also receive a full thank you ad on all social media pages as well as our website with the valuable SEO linkback, mention in all newsletter communication for pageant, a letter of recognition from the State Senate office for your help with our program, as well as your name announced throughout the pageant. Gold Sponsor will receive VIP seating at the pageant for 6 people. Program Advertising: We are also offering the opportunity to advertise your business or organization in our program book. Individual ads are available for full-­‐page at $200, ½-­‐page at $150, ¼-­‐page at $100 and business card at $50. In Kind Donations: For all in kind donations, we will give either event sponsor or program advertising based off of the value of the donation. Vendor Booths: To be a vendor at our pageant, we only ask that your material be family friendly. Your business may be online or brick and mortar. Booths are $25 for the full event.
