Little Skipper Cheer Camp 2015
Join us for 5 full days of fun!
We will be cheering, stunting, dancing, playing and making arts and crafts!
When?
June 22nd – 26th from 9-3pm
*Before care@ 8am for $10 and *Aftercare until 4pm for $10

Lunch? $25 pizza meal deal for the week
*includes 2 slices of pizza, snack and drink
Additional Snack Deal $25 for the week for an extra
snack, drink, and grab bag from the Spirit Shop (daily)
$1 per slice for pizza a la carte

I hereby give my child permission to attend MHS cheer camp. I understand that this camp includes
physical activity and that my child will attend camp in the proper attire that is safe for such activity
including closed toe athletic shoes and socks. I also understand that cheerleading is a physical activity
where possible injuries may occur.
