SATS WEEK
Dear Parents/Carers,
As the weather is getting warmer
please ensure that your child/children
have a sunhat and a named water
bottle.
Next week it is SATs week. The children are all well prepared and confident that
they can perform to the best of their ability. It is important that we remember there
is life after SATs, there is no pass and fail and each child has their own unique
talent. On each morning of SATs we will be hosting a breakfast club, so that
children are able to share the morning together and get rid of any nerves they may
have. We will be serving cereals, toast, juice and tea. This has proven to be a
great success in past years. Good Luck!
PARENTS INFORMATION MEETING
On Wednesday a Parents information
meeting was held about Assertive

the meeting informative and enjoyable.

YEARS 3&4 TOPIC WORK
As part of the exciting “potions” topic in Years 3 & 4 they have been linking
children’s work to the wonderful story, Harry Potter. A very special extended film
club was held on Wednesday to show “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
Children were invited to bring snacks and cushions in to make the event more
enjoyable. The children had a great time and really enjoyed the film.
